Party members are an important leading force in the development of enterprises. In order to enhance the initial consciousness and sense of mission of all Party members, the Tian Labour Party Committee recently organized a theme education activity of "never forget the initial intention and remember the mission". Zhu Xiaokun, deputy to the 13th National People's Congress and Secretary of the Tiangong Party Committee, Wu Suojun, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Yan Ronghua, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Party branch secretaries, Party members and League cadres participated in the educational activities.

 

Yan Ronghua, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, gave the lecture on this education course. Education activities combined with Tiangong undertakings, revisited the "original heart" and "mission" of Tiangong development - - - making industry with craftsmanship spirit, managing with rules and regulations, and running enterprises responsible for the state, society, employees and shareholders. We will continue to earnestly implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi's speech, keep Party spirit in mind, strengthen ideological awareness, discipline awareness and rule awareness, seize good opportunities, accelerate transformation and upgrading, and promote the all-round development of Tiangong undertakings.

 

Faced with the new situation of enterprise development, educational activities highlight the basic requirements of Party members and cadres to "keep the initiative sincerely", "take the mission bravely", "find the gap accurately" and "grasp the implementation of ruthlessly". We should think deeply and practise Tiangong's "Eighth Five-Year Plan" goal actively, keep a high degree of consistency with Tiangong Party Committee, remain loyal to Tiangong cause and be loyal to it all the time. Be sincere in the responsibilities of the post, keep in mind the original intention of Tiangong and the mission of Party members, always want to work together with the staff, take the aspiration for a better cause as the goal of struggle, bravely take on new responsibilities, show a new atmosphere, implement new actions and make new contributions. At present, Tiangong is in a critical period of transformation and development, and all Party members must make greater efforts to this end.

 

Xi Jinping pointed out that the Party's grassroots organizations are the organizational basis for the Party's ruling, and they bear the important responsibilities of directly educating and managing Party members, supervising Party members and organizing the masses, publicizing the masses, cohesing the masses and serving the masses. At any time and under any circumstances, we must not relax our efforts to build the Party's grass-roots organizations. To strengthen the Party's grass-roots organization construction, the key is to strictly implement it.

 

Zhu Xiaokun, deputy to the 13th National People's Congress and Secretary of the Tiangong Party Committee, fully affirmed the training and asked all Party members to maintain a high level of Party spirit, keep in mind their original minds, remember their mission, dedicate their posts and play a leading role in the cause of Tiangong. Secretary Zhu Xiaokun stressed that the key to a healthy and high-quality development of an enterprise is party building, because the grass-roots party organizations are the Battle Fortress of the enterprise and the soul power of development. Party building can enhance the appeal, organizational strength and combat effectiveness of enterprises. If the Party building work is well done, we can play a good role of benchmarking and leading role of Party members and cadres, and promote the high-quality development of enterprises.
