Application area

Usage :It is suitable for produce cold-pressing die and cold extrusion die which in high-load working condition.

Characterisitic :This steel grade belongs to cold-working die steel,with high toughness as well as high wear resistance.

Heat Treatment condition :

Quenching temperature :1030-1060℃

Cooling Medium:oil-cooling or air-cooling

Tempering temperature:180-200℃,by two times.

Tempering Hardness:59-61HRC
